Playing golf... See you again!!

The kids had today the opportunity to learn how to play golf al the "Real Federación de Golf de España". It was a great experience!
At the academy they saw the movie "Frozen" in Spanish and learned and practice some Spanish vocabulary.
We all had a great time together! Thanks for coming to Madrid and to our school, Tandem!!

Princesses and pirates!

The kids attended today a very special event: a private party for princesses and pirates. At the end of the party they took part in a show with music and had a lot of fun.

At the academy they learn how to name clothes and made a big poster!

Building a town and a zoo

Today the kids had a great time building a town of clay and painting a zoo at the academy.
They learned the names of some animals in Spanish and had fun drawing and making a big poster for the wall.
Tomorrow there will be more surprises!!!! :)

A morning at the museum

The kids today had an incredible experience at the Thyssen Museum, where they attended a guided tour about how different cultures are reflected in paintings.  Also in the museum they took part in a workshop and made their “own world” with materials such as clay, feathers, flowers, stickers and paper.

At the academy the topic of the day was “human body”. A very complete day!!

Welcome to TANDEM MADRID!!

Today the group from Thailand arrived at Tandem Madrid full of energy and ready to learn some Spanish and to have fun in their first day at the academy.
First stop: cooking class! The kids learned how to make cookies. They were delicious!!
Second stop: Spanish class. "I like fruit" was the topic of the day. They danced, sang and drew. It was a very busy day!!
